I've unsubscribed from Jimmy John's like 3 times and today I finally realized why.
When you click the unsubscribe link, you get this page...
I almost always click "All Communications" -- but I just realized that it actually RESUBMITS you to receive all communications. It doesn't cancel you... you are already cancelled.
I also hate services that require you to log in to unsubscribe, because sometimes that login doesn't work or you don't have it anymore. So frustrating.
It does say in the text about opting back in but if you look at this page briefly you just assume you have to hit submit to unsubscribe from all communications.
